Study Camp - STUDY2
If you have to study for exams (and you do!) then take the sting out of it by joining us at Study Camp in the beautiful house and grounds of Lendrick Muir! To keep the adults in your life happy we keep a 9am school start and do a minimum of 4 hours study per day (with the option to do more) in a calm, quiet, and supervised space which helps us all to focus. We’ll also ensure you are well nourished with our incredible team of cooks who will feed you brain fuelling, super tasty food!
On hand will be our brilliant team of leaders to help with study skills, concentration problems, anxious moments and to tutor where they have expertise. Here are two truths and a lie about our leaders:
- They love having fun and will plan amazing study break activities to lift your spirits!
- They all got straight As in their exams after having to do very little study because they are so very clever
- They all love Jesus and want to get alongside and help you in what can be a stressful time
In study breaks you’ll have the chance to let off some steam with Lendrick Muir’s blood pumping, adrenaline rushing activities, or chill with some games, word puzzles or crafts if that’s more your cup of tea. In the evenings we’ll get into the Bible and chat about what it means to you and how it affects your life. Then it’s a team challenge before we’re all tucked up in bed by 11pm for a good night’s rest and to refresh those tired brains before we do it all again!
Want to kill two birds* with one stone? Do your Duke of Edinburgh Gold Residential with us while you study! You’ll be challenged by joining in a variety of team tasks throughout the week.

Lendrick Muir is big, comfy, and easy to get to from all over the country. You can enjoy fast, furious outdoor stuff or chill with friends. Not to mention the acres and acres of outdoor space!
With 120 acres of grounds around the house, there is no shortage of space to enjoy the fantastic outdoor activities.
Lendrick Muir is near Kinross, with a beautiful setting in the Ochil hills. It’s right in the heart of Scotland, so it’s easy to get there. Glasgow and Edinburgh are both under an hour’s drive. The Borders, Dumfries and Aberdeen are all within 2 hours.
